RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30 day unrestricted return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason at all, you can return your order and receive a full refund with no questions asked.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us. You must cover return shipping.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.  To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return.
 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
